Overview
To learn all aspects of the SHEQ department roles and become an integral part of the team.
Training and Development
* Measurement and analysis of products during production.
* Investigating quality issues within production and warehousing and issues raised by customers.
* Auditing of management systems, product quality, safety, environment, and energy.
* Investigating accidents, near misses and hazards.
* Developing Standard Operation Procedures for Quality related tasks.
* Developing and communicating Quality Alerts where issues have been identified.
* NVQ training in Business Improvement Techniques, Quality, Health and Safety and Environment.
Key Performance Measures
* Completion of 3 year development plan.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
* Good numeracy and literacy
Qualifications
* GCSE or A level in Mathematics, IT and English
