About The Opportunity
As our next
Production Manager
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy collision repair workshop.
You'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing repair methods and quality assurance
* Ensuring estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards
* Supporting the Centre Manager in leading and developing the production team
* Driving workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
