As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites, liaising directly with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless hiring experience.
About The Role
Talent Acquisition Specialist: Manages volume recruitment across multiple blue-collar sites, supporting national workforce growth through efficient hiring processes and effective candidate pipelines.
As a specialist in recruitment operations, you'll contribute to an evolving and maturing recruitment function, working closely with a small but mighty team of three who are passionate about initiative, clarity, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume recruitment – managing 30+ roles at any one time
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Supporting on-site inductions and relationship-building with hiring managers
- Maintaining strong candidate pipelines using tech and ATS platforms
- Supporting internal training when required (not owning L&D – just facilitating sessions)
- Contributing to strategic recruitment planning and compliance for blue-collar roles across multiple sites
What You'll Bring
- Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency) – ideally blue-collar
- Ability to work at pace, juggle competing priorities, and own your day
- Strong communicator – clear, confident, and able to build rapport
