About This Role
This position focuses on driving pre-sales membership growth and sales excellence across our network of centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing successful pre-sales strategies, coaching and mentoring centre teams, and elevating the overall sales capabilities of our network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, refine, and optimize pre-sales scripts to consistently meet and exceed targets.
* Develop and deliver training sessions to centre managers and team members on effective pre-sales execution.
* Build repeatable pre-sales frameworks that can be scaled nationally and internationally.
Coaching & Mentorship:
* Cultivate the sales skills of centre teams, focusing on confidence, objection handling, appointment booking, and closing sales.
* Provide regular feedback, role-playing, and performance improvement guidance to support growth.
* Enhance the collective sales prowess of our network.
