The OpportunityReporting to the Head of HR and Head of Change, this is a senior, strategically focused partnering role, working closely with multiple Executive Leadership stakeholders to support with a major change project. You will operate as a trusted advisor and project manager, guiding leaders through change with people and business objectives at the forefront. Scope & ImpactThis is a high‐visibility role that blends strategic advisory, organisational design, change leadership and complex stakeholder management. Your remit will include: Strategic Partnering & Executive AdvisoryPartner closely with multiple ELT members to shape people strategies aligned to business priorities. Build clarity around structure, capability requirements, workforce planning and culture. Provide strategic advice on organisational effectiveness, workforce risk, change impacts and planning. Organisational Design & Change LeadershipLead design and implementation of future‐state structures across corporate functions. Support a major functional transformation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and disciplined change execution. Guide leaders through evolving operating models, fast‐paced decision‐making and periods of ambiguity. Leadership, Culture & Capability UpliftCoach executives to lift performance, sharpen accountability and build strong, feedback‐driven team environments. Support cultural alignment as the organisation matures and embeds new ways of working. Maintain focus, engagement and clarity across teams throughout periods of change. Lead complex ER matters, including investigations, performance matters and workforce changes. What You Will BringExtensive HR Business Partnering experience within complex, fast‐moving environments Demonstrated M&A experience Proven capability partnering with Executive Leaders and influencing at senior levels Strong experience in organisational change, including restructures, operating model shifts or large‐scale transformation Exposure to global or matrix structures Experience within technology, digital or professional services environments (highly regarded) Commercial acumen, strong consulting capability and the ability to work autonomously Comfort operating in environments without heavy structure or process This role will suit someone who thrives in pace, complexity and ambiguity — someone who enjoys making an immediate and visible impact.
