We're looking for a talented BIM Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic Adelaide Studio This is an incredible opportunity to help drive excellence in digital design and documentation. This position requires an adaptable, well-rounded individual, with proven documentation experience and a passion for efficiencies within the BIM and digital space.
This role involves but is not limited to:
* Coordination of 3D BIM Models against consultants' models & drawings and report clashes that affect the design to the Project Leader
* Understanding project programs, project expectations and percentage-based deliverables, assist project leaders to understand timeframe requirements of specific packages
* Serving as a liaison between project leaders and junior team members
* Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM directives are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently followed.
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of BIM standards and protocols, including the management and maintenance of BIM systems, libraries and training.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
* 3-5 Years experience in Autodesk Revit within a professional or academic setting.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A clear understanding of BIM standards & workflows
* Data management experience
