Nuclear Medicine Specialist - Diagnostics and Care
We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality diagnostic services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostic examinations, maintaining equipment through rigorous quality control procedures, and managing administrative tasks.
About the Role
* Conducting diagnostic examinations using state-of-the-art nuclear medicine modalities
* Maintaining equipment through strict quality control measures to ensure optimal performance and patient safety
* Managing administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, data entry, and reporting
Requirements
* Degree in Medical Radiation Technology or equivalent qualifications recognised by ANZSNM
* Current registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with APHRA
* Possession or eligibility for NSW EPA radioactive substance licence S14, IA16, IA16D, and IA27
* Sound knowledge of radiation safety and quality control principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Clinical experience in a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures and equipment
