About your new employer
* Established national private wealth and trustee services organisation
* Integrated offering across estate planning, private wealth advice, estate administration and philanthropy
* Adelaide-based role with support from a broader national team
* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver premium client outcomes
* Strong links to external referrers across the private client market
About the role
* Conduct initial and signing appointments and manage matters through to completion
* Draft and advise on:
* Wills (including testamentary discretionary trust wills)
* Death benefit nominations
* Enduring powers of attorney (financial and medical)
* Peer and client review of draft documents and quality control
* Identify fiduciary strategies and cross-referral opportunities
* Build relationships with referrers (solicitors, accountants, advisers)
* Support business development (seminars, PD sessions, articles)
* Contribute to precedents and continuous improvement
* Maintain strong file management and CRM updates
* Support and develop junior team members as needed
The ideal candidate
* 7+ years' post-qualification experience in estate planning
* Strong technical ability across complex estate planning matters
* Confident advising high net worth clients and stakeholders
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
* Excellent drafting, organisation, and attention to detail
* Comfortable building referral networks and market presence
* Tech capable (MS Office; CRM helpful)
* Highly regarded: Master of Laws (Wills & Estates)
