What You'll Be Doing
As our Purchasing Officer, you'll manage a portfolio of third‐party supplied products, ensuring strong service levels while balancing inventory and cost efficiency. Working closely with Procurement, Planning, Sales and Marketing, you'll play a key role in keeping products available, supporting new product launches, and continuously improving supply outcomes.
* Managing purchase orders end‐to‐end, monitoring stock availability and inventory levels to meet demand
* Working with local and overseas suppliers to meet service and lead‐time expectations
* Managing inbound deliveries, freight coordination and invoice processing
* Identifying and resolving out‐of‐stock risks and supply issues
* Supporting New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle activities
This is an entry‐level role and suitable for someone at the start of their supply chain career, with training and support provided.

What We're Looking for
* Previous exposure to purchasing, planning or supply chain activities
* Working knowledge managing purchase orders and maintaining inventory accuracy
* An understanding of forecasting, safety stock, MOQ's and lead times
* Excellent organisation, problem solving and follow‐up skills
* The ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Confident using technology and keen to learn new tools and systems
