About the Role:
The Asset Auditor conducts site audits and condition assessments of building assets, including structure, fabric, and engineering services. This involves hands-on site auditing as well as coordination of audits via internal teams, contractors, and specialist suppliers.

* Ensure accurate asset data capture using management systems for maintenance planning and long-term financial forecasting purposes.
