* Centre: Goodstart Bertram
* Employment type: Full time (38 hours per week)
* Pay: $39.35 – $68.53 per hour (qualification and experience dependent) + Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour
Responsibilities
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
