About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient recruitment processes to support business needs.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across Australia, ensuring seamless communication with hiring managers and candidates.
* Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on position description development, interview processes, background checks, and recruitment approval processes.
* Ongoing development and education of management in human resources policies and procedures.
* Participate in policy review and development.
* Assist in preparation of relevant human resources reports for management when required.
* Contribute to achieving targets set in strategic and business plans.

* Knowledge of and ability to interpret Human Resources Legislation, Awards, Policies, and Procedures.
