Personal Care Worker
The role of a Personal Care Worker is to assist residents and patients in maintaining their personal care needs across various sites.
* Bathing, Showering and Hygiene Support: Assist residents with bathing, showering, and other hygiene-related tasks.
* Toileting and Continence Management: Provide support for toileting and continence management needs for residents. This may include assisting with the use of mechanical aids.
* Mobility/Dexterity Support: Help maintain resident mobility by transferring or lifting them safely when necessary. Additionally assist with feeding activities as required.
