Job Description:
As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will provide strategic leadership to nursing and midwifery teams within a rural hospital environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership to nursing and midwifery teams, promoting excellence in practice

* Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care services and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
* Demonstrated experience in a management role within a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
