**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Outcomes and Customer Experience**
- Ensure set financial objectives are met
- Ensure team comprehension of, and lead the team to, achieve store/personal targets & KPIs
- Cultivate a warm and welcoming environment that provides knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful service
- Develop strategies to maximise foot traffic and VIP interactions
**Operational Integrity**
Implement operational initiatives to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, while identifying areas for improvement as necessary. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Ensure adequate floor coverage during concession trading hours
- Security, Safety and Maintenance - Regularly checking, documenting and the immediate communication of all safety and security issues with management.
- WorkSafe & OHS Practices - Drive and insist on a procedurally informed, safe, and professional store culture
- Ensure comprehension and compliance to the GANT operations manual and ensure team sign off for all GANT & Myer policies and procedures
- Ensure workforce levels are maintained and that all necessary recruitment, orienting, and training occurs
- Manage all customer service issues for the location including those derived from other channels
**Stock Management**
- Plan for, and process all deliveries promptly, rotating and refilling stock to accommodate trade
- Ensure cyclical counts are actioned regularly - adhering to set reporting processes
- Prepare the weekly report, feeding back meaningful insights and store requirements
- Uphold processes that safeguard accurate ticketing and tagging of product
**Visual Merchandising**
- Action all Visual Merchandising including ticketing adhering to layout, presentation, and seasonal themes factoring GANT Global Merchandising Standards
- Share imagery and meaningful feedback to management
**People and Culture**
- Develop a professional and robust team culture creating opportunity for knowledge sharing and cross skilling
- Build rosters that where required are mindful of allotted hours, skillset, team mix and that ensure backup and coverage
- Clear and complete task communication and delegation with follow up
- Create a shift checklist and diary discipline that supports awareness of store/personal targets, required tasks and engagement with business updates/newsletters.

**Qualifications**:
- Have a genuine passion for people, retail, and fashion
- Previous Retail Management experience is essential and experience within Myer is highly desirable
- Strong operational, analytical and administrative skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and in-store presentation.
