This role is part of a well-established Australian Contruction business with strong growth and a relaxed, supportive culture.
What You'll Do
* Create content: social posts, case studies, short videos, product stories
* Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
* Coordinate events and tradeshows from planning to execution
* Work on campaigns across digital and print channels
* Keep projects moving and make sure deadlines are met
* Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations and HR when needed
What You Need
* 3+ years in marketing, content creation or a similar role
* Experience supporting or leading others
* Strong Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Good writing and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple projects at once
* Curious, organised, and comfortable learning technical products
* Reliable and able to work independently
Nice to have: CMS/digital experience, photography/video skills, or previous work in construction
