**Your new role**
***Join a team of dedicated superheroes revolutionising customer service whilst driving the growth and success of NAB's business and its customers.

***In this exciting role, you'll handle inbound calls from a diverse base of Corporate and Business customers, tackling a vast range of simple to complex enquiries.

Equipped with up-to-date knowledge of NAB's products and services, you'll impress customers with accurate information and provide effective solutions.

Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you assist customers with tasks such as opening new accounts and addressing Internet banking queries, always striving for a first-call resolution.

After completing training, you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work from both home and office. Pay is **$32.73 + Super**

Join the team and embrace a dynamic work schedule! You'll work on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, experiencing shifts that range from a start time of **8:00 AM** to a finish time of **8:00 PM.** Each day brings new challenges and keeps things interesting.

**What you'll need to Succeed**
- Customer Service experience (retail, hospitality etc).
- Experience in a Call Centre environment (highly desirable, but not essential).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and resilience.
- Personable, professional with a keen determination to succeed.
