We are seeking applicants who: Hold (or are eligible for) registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia, including eligibility for a Limited Authority to Teach if applicable Possess a recognised teaching qualification for Western Australia Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners Communicate clearly and build positive, supportive relationships Understand effective, evidence based strategies aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum Bring strong classroom management skills and a willingness to grow professionally Understand inclusive and differentiated teaching practices Are supportive of the College's Christian ethos and align with the College's Statement of Faith Essential criteria A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ Active participation in a church or Christian community that reflects Christian beliefs, behaviour and practices Acceptance of the College's Statement of Faith Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board, Principal, staff, students and parents Commitment to personal best practice Commitment to making impartial, fact based and fair decisions Ability to model appropriate and proper channels of communication Consistent commitment to acting in the best interests of the College and its ethos Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined by SCBC Commitment to maintaining a child safe environment in accordance with the College's values and policiesPossession of the following certifications:
