What We're Looking For
* Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment
* Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week (with flexibility to work three weekdays & one weekend)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
* Well-presented with a professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and you can work in a quick-paced environment
* Full working rights in Australia
What You'll Do
* Room Attendant
o Clean and maintain guest rooms or public areas to the highest hotel standards
o Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities
o Ensure all areas are spotless, fresh, and welcoming
o Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas
o Always maintain safety & hygiene standards
* Houseperson
o Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and soiled linens. Delivers linens and necessary supplies to room attendants.
o Take laundry and dry cleaning orders to guests as well as any other miscellaneous items on request.
o Responds to guest requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, roll-a-ways, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
o Vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery, dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly in all public areas including lift.
o Transport dirty linen to laundry load area as required then transport clean linen to storerooms and guest rooms as required.
o Ensure Room Attendant chemicals and supplies are stocked and orderly.
