SHERLOCK Homes Group is seeking a motivated, polished and ambitious
Sales Associate
to work alongside one of our high-performing Lead Agents in Perth's premium suburbs. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in real estate sales who is ready to grow fast, elevate their skills and thrive in a high-performance environment.

As part of SHERLOCK, you will gain direct access to top-level mentors, high-performance coaching and day-to-day exposure to agents achieving outstanding results across multiple suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Lead Agent with daily sales activities and client communication.
Work the existing database by contacting leads, nurturing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Assist with property campaigns, including buyer follow-ups, inspections and feedback management.
Prepare and conduct home opens with a strong focus on service and professionalism.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating property presentation.
Ensure all client communication is timely, polished and aligned with our high standards.
Work closely with the Lead Agent to deliver a seamless client experience from appraisal to settlement.
Attend final inspections, building and pest appointments and contribute to pre-market preparation.
About You
Ideally 2 years of experience in residential sales or related real estate roles (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
Current Real Estate Sales Registration.
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
Strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
Comfortable with lead nurturing, follow-up calls and database management.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Coachable, ambitious and eager to build a long-term career with a leading agency.
