Job Overview
Are you passionate about the motorcycling industry and driven by delivering high-impact marketing in a fast-paced wholesale environment? We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Marketing Production Manager to lead and coordinate marketing production across our Two Wheel Division (McLeod/JTR).
About the role
As the Marketing Production Manager, you will support Brand Managers and the Sales Team by effectively marketing our 2WD brands while leading the Wholesale Marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, producing and coordinating campaigns and marketing assets that drive growth across our wholesale network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Wholesale Marketing team
- Support Brand Managers and Sales Teams with effective brand marketing
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Coordinate media and campaign activity
- Oversee catalogue and major asset development
- Ensure digital asset governance and brand consistency
- Provide social media oversight
- Coordinate tactical deliverables and manage executional production tasks
- Update websites with display banners and support 2WD Academy content
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and company standards
Required experience and skills
- Strong planning, leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience developing marketing assets (desirable)
- Leadership experience (desirable)
- Marketing qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
