Responsibilities:
Interpret technical drawings and plans for formwork accurately.
Create formwork templates and tie installations for stability.
Inspect formwork quality and safety compliance.
Assist with setting, leveling, and aligning formwork.
Identify and correct errors before concrete pouring.
Remove Formwork after concrete pour is complete.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other trades.
Report job progress, incidents, and accidents promptly.
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience in formwork on construction sites
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent planning and organizational skills
