Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
· Preparing and baking sour dough bread loaves, baguettes, rolls.
· Preparing viennoiserie, pastries inclusive of glazing pastries
· kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough
· monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
· coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
· operating machines which roll and mould dough
· ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for operation of equipment
