The Role
We are looking for talented Chef de Partie and Demi Chefs to join the passionate team on a full-time basis, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
* 2-3 years' similar experience in a high-end brasserie or restaurant.
* Good communication, attitude and execution.
* Confident running a section during a busy service as a Chef de Partie.
* Enjoy working in large kitchen team with a focus on executing classic dishes.
* Have a good understanding of French cuisine and techniques ideally.
