Join our experienced theatre team delivering safe, compassionate patient care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. We're seeking skilled Anaesthetic, Scrub/Scout, PACU, and CSSD nurses & techs ready to grow their career.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years theatre or PACU experience preferred
* Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a confidential, multidisciplinary team
* Competent in IT, record keeping, and infection control
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care
* Support medical staff and mentor junior nurses
* Maintain accurate records and comply with policies
* Contribute to quality, accreditation, and safety programs
* Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
* Participate in staff education and WH&S initiatives
