* Visiting customer sites across NSW to perform preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely service delivery
* Continuously expanding knowledge through self-directed learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and practical experience
* Adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety policies
Requirements and Qualifications
* Trade-qualified or university-trained professionals
* Hold at least a restricted electrical license or be able to obtain it
* Comfortable working independently
* Prioritize customer satisfaction and outcomes
* Unrestricted driver's license required
* Availability for overtime, shiftwork (7am-7pm), weekends, and interstate travel
* Proof of permanent work rights in Australia
