Your Duties
As a Trainer & Assessor in Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, you'll:
Deliver practical, workplace-relevant training at the automotive training centre and on employer sites
Guide and support Apprentices to develop trade-specific skills and confidence in the industry
Carry out assessments aligned with current industry expectations and training packages
Build and maintain strong partnerships with apprentices and local industry employers
About You
A trade qualification in Light and/or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
Experience working on a range of light and heavy vehicles
Passion for mentoring and developing others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) - (Provided if)
Willing to obtain a working with Children Check
