Culinary Team Member
We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes for guests
2. Organize and set up the assigned section of the kitchen efficiently
3. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
4. Assist the kitchen team in ensuring culinary standards comply with company policies and procedures
About You
1. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
2. HACCP and local Food Safety Handling & Hygiene knowledge
3. Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef in a fast-paced, fine dining or a la carte environment
4. Ability to work productively and safely at all times with a focus on quality control
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
