Wood is recruiting for Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team at the Ampol Refinery in Brisbane on a permanent basis.

The Role
This role is to provide electrical support for all electrical and instrumentation scope of work across site with the maintenance team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality and consistent electrical and instrument installations in accordance with site and job requirements, standards and procedures
- Ensure scope of works completed in a protected manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment
- Effective fault finding and problem‑solving skills
- If required, work necessary hours to complete or meet site and project scope of works.
Qualifications
- 5 + years' experience working within a brownfield environment, preferably in the oil & gas and/or other related industries
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- Certificate III Instrumentation
- Electrical Mechanical License
- Valid Construction White Card
- Perform rescue from live panel
