Founded in 2019, Ridge View Secondary College (SC) is a state-of-the-art independent public school, located 45 km south of Perth in the suburb of Baldivis. The Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Secondary Generalist Teacher to join our dynamic team, with the ability to teach across a range of learning areas, ideally from Years 7 to 10. The successful applicant should create engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences that inspire and challenge students of varying abilities. A passion for teaching English and/or Mathematics is desirable, as is the flexibility to work across multiple year levels. Applicants with qualifications in a range of areas, including primary education, are encouraged to apply.

The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and be committed to improving student outcomes through evidence-based practices, sound classroom management, and a focus on high expectations. Experience in preparing students for National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) and Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA) is advantageous. * Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration
* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
* consent to and obtain a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
