About the role
In this role you will provide administrative support to the service maintenance team, contributing to the efficient delivery of services. You will be responsible for managing correspondence and enquiries, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external stakeholders to meet business timeframes.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance including service maintenance and work order management
* Monitor and manage internal and external correspondence including phone calls and emails
* Liaise with industry, local suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to support timely service delivery
* Compile documents and reports with a high level of accuracy
* Update records and information systems, including Ellipse and Microsoft Office applications
* Contribute positively to team culture while completing recurring administrative tasks
* Work effectively in a fast‐paced environment with KPIs and performance monitoring mechanisms
About you
* Previous administration experience
* Pervious experience with work order management is highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Current clean open driver's licence (mandatory)
* Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite
* Comfortable working to KPIs and deadlines
* Professional, reliable, and customer‐focused approach
