About Our Team
We are seeking a commercially minded Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing Counselling team, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
The role is newly created and permanent full-time, based at one of our locations. The incumbent may bring expertise in areas such as child trauma, domestic and family violence, individual, couples and family counselling.
* Key Responsibilities include Leadership and supervision, Staff development and wellbeing, Operational management, Service growth and innovation, Stakeholder engagement, Service excellence and strategic contribution.
To be successful in this role, you will have
* A tertiary qualification in Leadership, Community Services, Business Management or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, providing development whilst fostering engagement
* A strong understanding of counselling service delivery models
* A demonstrated commercial focus, including managing budgets, fee-for-service, NDIS, and other revenue streams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and report writing
* Business acumen with the ability to drive service growth, innovation and sustainability
* A valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
