About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at the Karratha Village. This is a hands-on management role requiring candidates who can support their teams onsite effectively.

Requirements:
* Outstanding leadership skills and ability to build a strong team
* Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost controls
* FIFO experience as a Village Manager or highly experienced Department Team Leader
* Valid manual driver's license, RSA Certificate and WA Approved Manager's license
* Current National Police Clearance and ability to pass a medical and drug screen
* Knowledge of rostering and time attendance
Preferred Skills:
* Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Comfortable with data and regular reporting
* Excellent attention to detail in reporting and service delivery
