Job Description Drive commercial sales through onsite visits, quoting, and tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tradesman, small businesses, and mid-tier commercial partners.
Actively prospect new business opportunities and grow a pipeline of accounts.
Coach in-store team members on trade-focused service standards.
Assist with large orders, deliveries, and operational support during peak times.
Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies while maintaining high service standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful Store Account Manager should have: 2-5 years' experience in account management or business development (trade/industrial sector desirable).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility to travel locally.
Comfortable working primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support.
