The Role
* Converting referred leads and enquiries
* Prospecting for new leads
* Develop and maintain client relationships to retain managements
* Arranging and conducting appraisals
* Ad hoc administration duties
* Conducting open homes and private inspection
The Candidate
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
* Direct experience in a Business Development role
* Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
* You will be well-presented, organised and have excellent administration skills
* Valid driver's license
