About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Coates Aged Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and contemporary person-centred care to residents. You will be responsible for administering medications, completing resident admissions and assessments, developing individualised care plans and supervising enrolled nurses and care assistants.
* Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care that prioritises resident safety, comfort and dignity.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive resident assessment reports, identify opportunities for improvement in patient outcomes and implement changes as required.
