ERP Program Manager – Finance Transformation

Underpinned by Oracle Fusion Cloud, this initiative will simplify processes, enhance data capability and deliver a contemporary ERP platform that drives efficiency, compliance and strategic insight.
As the program mobilises, an opportunity has arisen for an accomplished ERP Program Manager – Finance Transformation to lead the modernisation of Finance systems and processes that underpin the organisation's future operating model.
This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance ERP capabilities across core domains including Chart of Accounts, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Grants, Treasury, Projects and Planning & Forecasting. The position requires a proven ability to manage complex delivery environments, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and ensure measurable business outcomes.
This is a key leadership role within a high-profile transformation program — suited to a senior professional with the experience, credibility and rigour to deliver lasting change across Finance and enterprise operations.
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud, within complex organisations
* Minimum 10 years in senior program or transformation leadership roles with direct C-suite engagement
* Demonstrated expertise in ERP design, business process transformation and operating model delivery across Finance functions
* Strong stakeholder management, governance and vendor leadership capabilities
