About the Role
You'll work alongside our ENT Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist to deliver specialised care for patients with voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders, while also contributing to the growth of this evolving service.
You'll be part of a collaborative team of around 25 Speech Pathologists, working across diverse clinical areas. Whether you're already experienced in ENT or keen to build your skills in this space, we will support you every step of the way.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in Speech Pathology, with interest in ENT/upper airway management
* Experience in instrumental assessment is highly regarded — but not essential if you're willing to learn (we'll train you)
* Commitment to evidence‐based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration
* Enthusiasm for mentoring, leadership, and ongoing learningAlignment with our CARE values
Salary
$110,425 to $121,907 per annum + our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022.

Regarding Appointment
* Permanent full‐time, day worker position
* Working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours are negotiable.
Applicants will be considered for a period of twelve months from the date of publication for subsequent or similar full‐time, part‐time, and casual vacancies.
