About the role
South East Plastering Projects is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast, with head office based out of Caloundra, Queensland.
As a qualified or apprenticeship Plasterer, you will be responsible for working within our team on all aspects of the job:
* Sheeting
* Setting
* Sanding
* Both cornice & square set finish
* Working on residential and commercial projects
What you'll be doing
* Ability to sheet and set in all projects
* Sanding and finishing surfaces to a high standard
* Repairing and patching existing plaster as required
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
* Collaborating with the construction team to ensure efficient project completion
What we're looking for
* At least 3 years' experience as a qualified or within an apprenticeship as a Plasterer, with a thorough understanding of plastering techniques and materials
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes
* Good physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
* A current driver's licence and reliable transportation (own car)
