Essential Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales roles
* Holding a valid QLD Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to establish rapport with diverse customer groups
* A clean driving record and manual driver's licence
* Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn dealership management systems
