Road maintenance worker (eastern creek)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have some unique full‐time opportunities available to join our experienced Road Maintenance team based out of Eastern Creek, NSW. The core duties of the road maintenance team are performing road pavement maintenance and sign installation works ensuring a high level of service across the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to asphalt paving and patching work, minor concrete works inclusive of pavements, K&G gutter, and footpaths (formwork included), road signage installations and repairs and ITS works.

ABOUT YOU

• Current C Class Driver's Licence (MR Licence preferred)
• Current General Construction Induction card
• Traffic Control ticket (preferred)
• Knowledge of TfNSW Maintenance Standards desirable
• Proven ability in the operation of mobile plant machinery (Asphalt paver, Excavator, Roller, Backhoe highly advantageous)
• High level of Asphalt paving experience both mechanical and handwork
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required
• A strong commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm culture
