Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary resource for food and beverage reservation agents, providing technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Respond to all guest reservation requests and deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service at all times.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage outlets, rates, promotions, programs, hotel facilities, and services.
* Enforce hotel and company credit policies, ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions, and payment methods are applied to reservations.
* Monitor tentative, provisional, and waitlisted bookings entered on the system and follow up on deposits and guarantees.
* Fully knowledgeable about food and beverage operations, including menus, pricing, and promotions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and inquiries effectively.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple reservations and guests simultaneously.

Others:
* Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling, and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.
* Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
* Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.
