Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, adhering to our prescribed service standards.
* Prepare high-quality food and beverage products according to our standard operating procedures and duty statement.
* Clean and maintain the kitchen area, adhering to HACCP/food safety guidelines and protocols.
* Collaborate with the chef on duty to resolve any catering-related issues or needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A passion for delivering great service and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A good understanding of HACCP/food safety programs.
* Able to lift up to 20kg.
