Customer Service Position

* Process credit approvals, disputes, and reconciliation according to established company policies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for rural distributors, providing support and fostering long-term relationships.
* Provide accurate quotes and address general customer inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities where possible.
* Ensure order fulfillment meets customer expectations by processing orders accurately and efficiently.
* Address customer complaints using our quality management system, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and closure of issues.
* Continuously improve the customer experience and overall value proposition.

Requirements
