Job Overview
As an Operations Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Support Manager with effective administration and business functions. Your focus will be on managing data systems, facilitating communication between departments, and providing administrative assistance as required.
* Work closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organisation
* Provide clerical support to the team and other staff, including diary management
* Liaise with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance
* Support the Operations Directors and Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking, and other administrative duties
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Support Manager, including data management, document preparation, and correspondence
2. Communication: Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring seamless information flow and timely resolution of issues
3. Event Organisation: Assist with meeting planning, event organisation, and coordination, ensuring successful delivery of events and activities
4. Data Management: Manage data systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and providing reporting as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A minimum of NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Administration or Business Studies or equivalent qualifications
* At least 3 years of administrative experience
* The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
