An exciting prospect is available for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead a specialised Surgical Orthopaedic Ward at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time position.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is suited to an experienced nurse with management aspirations or experience to step into a key leadership role in the department. In the ANUM role you will also closely monitor and assist the Nurse Unit Manager with human and equipment resource management.
REQUIREMENTS
* Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
* Minimum five (5) years experience working in an acute setting
* Acute Orthopaedic experience is advantageous but not essential
* Clinical leadership experience or post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development

REMUNERATION
A base hourly rate of $57.44 - $59.33 plus superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
