About the role:
* Full time (35 hours/week)
* Contract until 30 June 2026
* Based in our Penrith Office
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for inspecting vacant and tenanted properties and coordinating trade contractors to perform works that are required to be completed in a compliant and timely manner. The position holder is responsible for ensuring timely delivery and quality of Link Wentworth’s planned maintenance, modifications, technical inspections, and void maintenance work with the purpose of minimising void times while ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant safety regulations and standards whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Trade qualification, contractor’s license and/or evidence of industry experience
* White Card
* Experience working in government or social housing industry is desirable
* Previous experience working in the Specialist Disability Accommodation space is desirable
* Knowledge of WHS obligations (desirable) and/or training as a WHS representative
You will also have:
* A commitment to the ethos of social and affordable housing

* Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements imposed by Link Wentworth, including COVID-19 and other vaccinations, as determined by the organisation in accordance with current Government health advice, mandates, or directions
* A valid National Police Check (less than six (6) months old) to the satisfaction of Link Wentworth, to be renewed every five (5) years or more frequently as reasonably required by Link Wentworth
* A current driver’s licence valid in the state of NSW
