The Role & What You'll Do
You'll help customers find the perfect vehicle or take them on test drives.
You'll also upsell value-added services like finance, insurance, and warranties to enhance their buying experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcome and engage with walk-in customers to create a premium showroom experience.
* Lead high-quality, pre-booked test drives and vehicle handovers.
* Match buyers with the ideal vehicle from our inventory.
* Upsell add-ons like finance, extended warranties, dashcams, and accessories to increase revenue.
* Follow up with leads to build trust and close more deals.
* Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and top-notch delivery experiences.
* Collect reviews and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with our back-end teams to focus on sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Availability to work weekends.
* A valid Australian driver's license.
* Full working rights in Australia.
