**The Position**
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Early Careers & Pathways Advisor to drive the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of early talent programs including Graduate Programs, Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and other similar learning pathways.
This is a collaborative and hands-on role, engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the business to ensure programs are operationally effective, compliant, and aligned with CGA's broader workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of early career programs aligned to business needs
- Build strong partnerships with education and training providers
- Drive attraction campaigns and connect into internal mobility pathways
- Ensure program compliance, onboarding, and seamless handover to operations
- Monitor program success through data, reporting, and continuous improvement
**About You**
You're confident designing and scaling early talent programs, and you understand what it takes to bring diverse stakeholders on the journey. Your approach is strategic yet practical, with strong facilitation and communication skills that drive meaningful outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience in designing or delivering Graduate, Traineeship, Apprenticeship, or similar learning and development programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for creating inclusive career pathways and driving long-term talent development
- The ability to think creatively, execute effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, people-first environments

This role is based at our Cannon Hill office, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week after your initial training period (increasing to three days post-probation).
