We have multiple Sales Consultant roles in our City Store Please see below details.
2 x Part Time position in the Instruments team.
The part time roles are 5 days per week, but because of Saturday store operating hours, they technically sit under the total full-time hour per week.
2 x Casual in Audio department.
What we're looking for:
* Someone with at least 3 years experience in retail sales (please include that work in your CV)
* For the casual roles, Pro audio experience is essential (audio engineering, MIDI production etc)
* For the Instruments role(s), experience with guitars, basses, amps etc are essential.
* A team player who's adaptable, friendly, and passionate about helping customers find the right gear.
* Saturday availability is essential.

Regular Duties Include:
* Provide extraordinary customer service that is friendly, positive, genuine, and knowledgeable, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing all aspects of sales from planning & preparation, handling enquiries, consultation & building rapport, demonstration and product & service pitch, negotiations, closing sale and after sales support.
* Active involvement in day-to-day store procedures
* Working to individual and team goals, targets, and deadlines (financial or otherwise)
* Participate and contribute to crew meetings, product training & professional development as required
